Roger Anderson

Expertise
Roger has over 25 years experience in training, leadership
and organizational development. He has been working for Linkage
Western Europe as a consultant since 1996. Roger has delivered
excellence to his clients in the areas of change, assessment,
action learning, executive coaching, competency models and
competency-based leadership development, performance management,
selection systems and succession management both in North
America and worldwide.
Professional Background
Roger brings to Linkage over thirty-five years of cumulative
experience in enabling improved performance on both the
individual and organizational levels. His work focuses on the
application of a systemic approach and has included technical
training, management development, competency modelling, the
quality initiative, team building and executive coaching. He has
supported international organizations in the creation of a more
unified approach to leadership. He has helped organizations,
including the United nations Development Group (UNDG) streamline
processes, clarify leadership accountabilities, and accelerate
the development of leaders. He is a certified master coach and
has supported over 100 executive coaches in the development of
their coaching skills. Roger is also a certified master trainer
in the William Bridges Leading Organizational Transformation
Program.
Before joining Linkage Roger served as technical training
manager in a large program in Taif, Saudi Arabia. He has also
held the position of Training and Organizational Development
Manager in a large aerospace company. Roger also spent two years
as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Ahvaz, Iran.
