NEW - Team Coaching Masterclass

A two-day public workshop or in-company programme which will enable coaches who need to enhance team performance to use a portfolio of tools, processes and skills aimed at maximising the team’s contribution.

Team coaches will leave with knowledge and specific skills as well as practice in using Linkage’s simple, proven tools and processes for effecting team transformation.

Objectives:

• Use the Linkage TEAM CHARTERING™ tool to coach a new team (and a team leader) that is forming or re-forming
• Skilfully coach a team and advise a team leader when a team is apparently broken and needs fixing
• Create a diagnosis using HiPLAY™ for a team and a team leader particularly when a new leader is sorting through who is on the team and needs to understand personality and communication styles (C-SAIL™ tool)
• Reframe and redirect a team’s energy in a difficult decision making situation that requires reformatting and refocusing
• Apply their learning in a one-day live client simulation using actors.
