Execution

How do leaders deliver the results they promise to their teams and organisations?

Fostering an execution-based culture is not an easy feat but it is necessary for building high-performance teams and world-class organisations.

According to Bossidy, execution is a discipline that requires passion and active engagement while understanding how to link together people, strategy, and operations.

In this session, Bossidy uses his first-hand successes to demonstrate the discipline of execution and to teach you how you can implement an execution-based culture within your organisation.

Larry Bossidy is the retired Chairman of the Board and CEO of Honeywell International Inc.

Bossidy's distinguished 45-year career in business began with the General Electric Company, where he held various positions including
Chief Operating Officer of General Electric Credit Corporation, Executive Vice President and President of GE's Services and Materials Sector, and Vice Chairman and Executive Officer of General Electric Company.
